张延清（华青道尔杰），藏族，博士，656娱乐历史文化学院中国藏学研究所副教授、博士生导师，兰州大学敦煌学研究所兼职教授，敦煌吐鲁番学会会员，中华民族共同体研究会理事、中国民族古文字研究会会员。长期从事敦煌文献整理、研究工作，特别是藏经洞出土古藏文文献的整理和研究。在《历史研究》《中国藏学》《敦煌研究》《敦煌学辑刊》《西藏大学学报》《西藏研究》《青海民族研究》《藏学学刊》等刊物上发表学术论文40余篇；专著三部；主持完成国家社科基金项目两项，在研一项，完成博士后基金一项。

Dr. Pelchen Dorje received his PhD from Lanzhou University. He is an adjunct professor at the Dunhuang Study Institute of Lanzhou University. He is a member of the Chinese Dunhuang-Turpan Studies Association and Chinese National Ancient Writing Research Association. He has been engaged in collecting and researching Dunhuang Documents, especially in the field of Tibetan documents unearthed from Mogao Cave 17. He is the author of Research on Tubo-period Transcriptions of Sutras and he has published more than forty articles in scholarly publications. He has been the primary investigator for two projects supported by the National Social Science Fund.
